There r so many diet pills out there that state you'll lose weight. I lost 35 lbs in a month taking this. It was the EASIEST thing Ive ever done. I didnt exercise, i ate whatever I wanted; i live in Philly so cheese steaks, pizza, greek food, you name it, and i STILL lost the weight. I lost about a pound a day. The only thing i did do differently was/is NO SODA. i will have a coke zero every now and again, but other than that, I drink only water. This stuff is unreal. Its absolutely amazing. I am on my 8th day of Fruta Planata. within the first 4 days i lost 6lb but now my weight is bouncing up and down, but still going to take them am not sure if its me doing somthing wrong or no.

I have become very lazy over the past couple of years, but for the first 3 days i compltely lost my appetite, and became very active. but now i fell hungry, but still have the dry mouth.

Ok, so I'm only on my third day of using Fruta Planta but it completely took my appetite away. I'm a lunch and big dinner person. This is my third night without dinner. I just ate some crackers because I know I have to eat. So far I've lost 5 lbs. I'm a big water drinker so the dry mouth haven't affect me much, I only notice it when I wake up in the middle of the night but I always have bottled water on my night-stand. I can tell you I have tried different weight loss pills. And have always watched my weight. But we are human and in my case I recently settled down in a HAPPY relationship. And like they say Happiness and tranquility makes you gain. Well I did in this was my case about 25 pounds of witch I lost already 10 in 2 weeks. Some people scared me telling me about their different side effects. And that some would get head aches. I started taking this because I have an extremely busy life and don’t have time to even think of exercising…so I thought I would try yet another weight loss product. I have tried several weightloss products, and this is the only one that has worked. I was not hungry and food did not have the appeal that it once did. (For me, not being hungry, doesn't mean I don't eat!) But this pill took care of both the hunger and desire. Also, it gave me a lot of energy.

However, you must prepare for side effects. I did have some disruption in my sleeping patterns. I had no trouble falling asleep, but I would wake up very early. Also, sometimes I felt a little jittery if I had an extra cup of a coffee. These side effects did not bother me though. Actually, waking up an early was an extra perk!

The worst side effect is the dry mouth. If you decide to use this product, I cannot stress enough that you need to also make sure you prepare to treat the dry mouth. (Not only is it uncomfortable, but it causes tooth decay if it is frequent and untreated.) Suggestions: Buy Biotene toothpaste and mouth wash for dry mouth to protect your teeth; Floss of course; Use mouth sprays/gels for dry mouth (Biotene or Oasis); Chew on sugarless gum or candy; Drink lots of water; Limit caffeine & alcohol.

I have lost about 15 lbs in just over a month. (I was 135 lbs and am now 119 lbs.) Also, it is important to note that I have also been exercising over that time. The added energy and waking up early helped me stay on track with the exercising. Now that I am not taking the pill, I'm still doing well. 30 days of exercising and eating less was enough to become a habit for me.
