3 years ago i lost 22 pounds with Meizitang. I had my daughter dec. 2010. I gained 42 pounds no im at my pre-pregnancy weight after 3 months of giving birth and i will contiune loosing weight until i have my ideal weight i love this product it has no side effects, and when you stop taking them you don't gain your weight back.

I've combined the meizitang soft gel capsules with a walk in the evening 4 times a week, and I feel awesome!! Take it 20 min b4 having breakfast and drink lots of water, and althought these will do a great job at curving the cravings and ur hunger, still try to have at least ur 3 meals a day, you'll soon notice that you will desire less food .... Ido recommed this product,!!!!! it's so inexpensive that you can try it, see if it works for you, without spending a fortune! Hope ur end result is as positive as mine!

I found difficult to lose the extra weight since I had my daughter on the summer of 2007. Though it wasn't that much (10 lbs approx.), I felt that I should do something about it. I tried different products, and they all made my heart feel terrible. I was sceptical about the idea of pills, but I gave this a chance. My husband and I are taking this pills since november 2010. He was 200 lbs, and I was 119lbs. We lost each 10 lbs, with no diets at all! I usually don't do reviews but this product WORKS. I took Solo Slim with good results until they took it off the market. When I began to put on a few pounds I tried this and it has the same excellent results. On my second order. I think it's a good idea once weight goal achieved to take a break - I sometimes take a week off and don't put on any weight.
